Product Application and Characteristics:
This product directly added to the intermediate synthetic process, or by certain proportion in emulsion, manufacture paper with pulp of anionic trash heavier system can add, as slurry potential balance agent, play a dual role of sizing efficiency and ripening, and improve the stability of the neutral glue to limit the hydrolysis of AKD and migration tendency, protective effect on AKD emulsion, accelerate the ripening of AKD, dosage suggested that adjust themselves. As a A4 paper with antistatic agent, retention and enhance the dispersing agent and color fixing agent in paper.
Product Usage and Precautions:
1. Add 10kg-30kg JH-5020A polymer emulsifier to each ton of AKD emulsion.
2. The more the polymer emulsifier is added, the better the sizing effect will be. However, excessive dosage may lead to local precipitation of AKD emulsion.Adding this product can prolong the storage time of AKD emulsion.
Product packaging and storage:
The product is packaged with 200Kg and 1000kg plastic drums.Store in a cool place, avoid freezing and sun.The storage life is 12 months.
